Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the working relationship between Logle and its clients. They are written plainly and intended to set clear expectations on both sides.

About Logle

Logle is a creative partner studio operated by James Bhol, based in Birmingham, Thailand. By engaging Logle for any service, you agree to the terms set out on this page. If you have any questions, contact [email protected].

monthly plan

What is included

The monthly plan covers ongoing design work for your business at a fixed monthly rate of £650. This includes brand maintenance, digital and print assets, and any other design requests submitted during the active month. Work is completed on a rolling basis in order of priority agreed between both parties.

Billing and payment

Payment is taken monthly via Stripe. The first payment confirms the start of the arrangement. Work begins the following working day after payment is received. A confirmation and invoice will be sent by email.

Cancellation

There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by notifying Logle via email before your next billing date. Cancellations received after a payment has been processed will take effect at the end of that billing period. Refunds are not issued for months already paid.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as part of the retainer. Logle works collaboratively and aims to get things right. Requests that constitute a significant change in direction or scope may be treated as a new task within the same month.

Creative Partner + Web retainer

What is included

The Creative Partner + Web retainer covers everything in the standard monthly plan, plus the design, build, and deployment of a website. The monthly rate during active development is £1,000. Once the site is live and approved by the client, the retainer reduces to £700 per month, covering ongoing creative work and website updates.

Rate reduction

The transition from £1,000 to £700 per month occurs once the website has been completed, deployed, and approved by the client. Logle will confirm this transition in writing before the next billing date.

Billing and cancellation

Billing follows the same structure as the monthly plan. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by notifying Logle via email before your next billing date.

Single projects

Scope and payment

Single projects are agreed at a fixed price before work begins. For the Brand Identity and Logo Design packages, a 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are released. All payments are made via Stripe.

Aftercare

Both the Brand Identity and Logo Design packages include aftercare as standard. Once final files have been delivered, Logle remains available for follow-up questions, additional file formats, and minor requests related to the original project. Aftercare is open ended and included at no extra cost. It covers reasonable ongoing support, not new or extended scope work.

Revisions

Each single project includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is only due upon completion and is not owed if the project is cancelled mid-way.

Ownership of work

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Logle retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and on its website unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source files are provided in the formats outlined at the point of delivery.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any content or assets required to complete the work. Delays caused by late or incomplete input from the client may affect delivery timelines. Logle cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from a lack of client response.

Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by either party in the course of working together will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

Limitation of liability

Logle's liability in connection with any project or retainer is limited to the amount paid for that service. Logle is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of work delivered.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Existing clients will be notified of any material changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised.
