How long does the build take?
Most sites are live within two to three weeks of receiving your content. You'll see progress at a real link throughout, not a mockup at the end.
Do I own the website on the monthly plan?
The domain is registered in your name from day one, so your address is always yours. The site itself belongs to Logle while the plan runs, and you can buy it out any time after month 12, we'll quote a fair figure at that point. All files and access transfer over when you do.
What counts as an edit?
Text changes, new photos, price updates, opening hours, swapping a testimonial, adding a team member. Anything up to about 2 hours a month is covered. New pages or new features are quoted separately before any work starts.
What if I want to cancel?
Give 30 days notice any time after your minimum term. Your domain goes with you. If you want to keep the site, buy it out; if not, it comes down cleanly.
Can't I just use Wix or an AI builder?
You can, and for some businesses that's the right call. Most owners lose two to four weekends to it, end up with something that looks like everyone else's, and have nobody to call when the contact form breaks. If your time is worth more than the fee, this pays for itself.
I bought a site outright. Can Logle look after it later?
Yes. The care plan covers hosting, updates and small edits, ask for a quote, and you can add it whenever you like, even a year after launch.
